You're the first to know: We’re going for it. Finally. There’s still a long way to go before we achieve a thriving and successful venture. But after years of foundation building, we find we can't truly grow without capital.

So we’re organizing a crowd-sourced funding campaign on Kickstarter to raise money for the production
of the next Story App Tour to be released by
Time Traveler Tours & Tales.

I'd like to say: “We’re kicking off with a Kickstarter campaign,” because of the fun alliteration. But it feels more like we’re taking a plunge, because of the inherent risk. To be honest, this adventure is super scary most times (especially at night when I'm tired and still haven't managed to reach the end of the to-do list). But each morning I wake up and dive right into the task again. Why? Because I believe in the value, mission, and vision behind our efforts. I'm convinced there's a need for what we're proposing to offer. And I'm certain that we can do it well.

There's no way I could have gone on swimming this long without your support. I'm buoyed knowing that you're there at my back. So, I hereby invite you to celebrate with Me and Team TTT&T on May 19th in New York City. I actually need you there to take the plunge with me. Because in numbers we’re certain to make a much bigger splash!

For those of you outside New York, NO FEAR!

I’m scouting up hosts right now to bring the party to your corner where I'll also attend by Skype. In fact, I just received word from Julie Hedlund that she'll be hosting the Colorado party. I imagine the TTT&T Kickstarter Plunge creating a wave whose swell is felt around the world: from New York to Colorado, to California, to New Zealand and Australia, to Hong Kong, then Europe, to the east coast of the USA again.
